Delivery and Insurance

Gold leaves here free of delivery charge, insured for its full value, in packaging that does not say what is inside, and it has to be signed for.

What it costs

UK standard delivery is free. There is no minimum to reach and no threshold to clear — every order on this site qualifies.

UK express delivery is £6.99 if you want it sooner. It carries the same insurance as the standard service.

Insured the whole way

Your order is insured in transit for its full value, from the moment it leaves us until it is signed for at your address. The insurance is ours, not something you arrange or pay for.

Signed for, every time

Somebody has to sign for the parcel. We cannot authorise a carrier to leave gold in a porch, in a bin store, or with a neighbour, and we will not do it however convenient it would be. If nobody is in, the carrier will leave a card and try again.

Plain packaging

Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what is inside it. There is no bullion dealer's name, no metal, no valuation. It looks like any other parcel, which is the point.

Where we deliver

The United Kingdom only. We do not ship gold overseas, and the checkout will not accept an address outside the UK.

If something goes wrong

Write to wgholdingsltd@outlook.com with your order number. A parcel that is late, damaged or missing is our problem to resolve, not yours to chase the carrier about — that is what the insurance is for.
